Kenny Renae has been with M3 Windows and Doors since January of 2018.  He is one of our newest employees.  Formerly a paralegal he decided to make the change to construction to be able to get out of the office and out in the field.  Kenny is our Operation Supervisor and is involved in just about every aspect of the business from doing estimates, installing product, repairing windows and doors, putting together permits, and overseeing other projects.
